This company had acquired four companies that it needed to merge into one regional service organization - but was not making headway. Pyramid was already working on team-based skills designed to empower engineers and was asked to help. We pulled all the people affected together to design what the operation should look like – how to shift roles, responsibilities and titles. By bringing all the groups together in a design conference we achieved what was necessary in the course of two big meetings over a three-week period. A process that would have taken months - if not years - was accomplished in weeks.
