Billy Bennett

Billy is the founder of Pyramid ODI and The Pyramid Group, an international organization development group. He is a recognized authority on the design and development of high performance organizations, often pioneering the use of large-scale “fast cycle” design techniques. Due to his deep international experience he is often called to help multinational and culturally diverse organizations. As an author, Billy has written many professional articles published in the Southeastern Academy of Marketing, the Best Cases in Teams by the UNT press, and The Proceedings of the International Conference on Work Teams. From 1992-1995 he was the editor of Team Leader Resource, a monthly magazine for team leaders. He was the first recipient of Sabena Airlines Supplier Award for Total Quality.

Dan Harding

Dan specializes in leadership and team development. A master facilitator and coach, his work is characterized by providing strong problem-solving skills to complex and difficult organizational change issues. He has extensive consulting experience in helping organizations adapt their culture to produce strong, bottom-line results and has worked with clients throughout the U.S., Europe, and The People’s Republic of China. Dan’s background includes twenty years in a variety of management and executive positions in energy, healthcare and consulting. Dan is certified in the Birkman MethodTM ; he has a BA from Indiana University where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and a MA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Dan’s most recent assignments include developing and implementing collaborative work teams in a chemical plant and developing a coach certification training program for a large independent oil and gas company. Past assignments have included engagements with BP/AMOCO, Marathon Oil Company, Schlumberger Services, Kerr-McGee Corporation, Pennzoil Company, Tenet Healthcare, The Methodist Hospital, and Merichem Company. His consulting work has taken him to the UK, Germany, Australia, and the People’s Republic of China.

In his last corporate role, Michael was Managing Director of a high-tech business turnaround. Michael’s change leadership work with has often resulted in dramatic improvements and in at least once case influenced a change in national legislation.
He is currently an Executive Committee member of the London Business School ’s International Alumni Council, where he chairs their Governance & Nominations Committee. Michael is Institute of Personnel & Development and Institute of Directors qualified.

Francine Vanhove

Francine was one of the original Pyramid founders. Francine has a strong human resources services background. She served as both Recruitment Officer and Management Development & Training Officer for Unilever Belgium for 15 years. In 1989, Francine and Billy Bennett began working with organizations in the Benelux in the development of Self Managed Work Teams in a number of organizations (including Chep, Tyco Electronics, and St Lucas Hospital) . During this time Francine played an instrumental training and coaching role with the employees of Chep Depots across the Benelux. Chep’s Self Managed Work Team process created a dramatic improvement in operations, more than doubling the productivity of the Benelux operations and resulted in a number of international awards. Francine holds a degree in Psychological & pedagogical sciences from the State University of Gent.
